Our service area encompasses a 25 mile radius including the towns of Sparta, Steeleville, Coulterville, and Marissa.  To meet the need of our service area, Sparta Community Hospital has established primary care physician offices in each of these towns.  Appointments are available by calling the individual office.  To see our physicians click here.

Sparta Community Hospital's Radiology Department boasts state of the art technology most typically found in larger institutions.  In addition to Mammography and plain film x-rays, the department has 4 slice CT scanner, 3D Ultrasound technology, and a nuclear medicine scanner.  MRI services are also available through a state-of-the-art mobile unit.  Click here to visit our Radiology Department. 

To provide for specialized services such as Emergency Care, Diagnostic Imaging, Pathology, and specialty medical care, Sparta Community Hospital has entered in to agreements with independent service providers.  The independent groups that contract to provide services are National Emergency Services, Pathology, Dugan Radiology LTD, Alliance Imaging, Inc., Midwest Stone Institute Corp., Numed, Inc., and other specialty physicians.
