Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant

Sparta Community Hospital District is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant Licensed in the State of Illinois to work two shifts per week at our Convenient Care position. Current days of needed coverage are Wednesday from 9 AM till 7 PM and Sunday from 1PM till 5PM. • Dietary department
• Part-time, 40 hours per pay period.
• Work schedule: variable
• On-the-job training
• Will assist in preparation and serving of food.
• Must have good people skills and be willing to abide by Patient First Philosophy.

• Part-time, 20 - 40 hours per pay period.
• Work schedule varies.
• Qualified candidates must have excellent communication, computer and customer service skills.
• Multi-tasking and ability to answer multi-phone lines required.
• Must be able to handle stressful situations and be flexible with schedule.
• Must be able to work without direct supervision and be detailed oriented.
• Medical terminology and/or coding a plus.

• Maintenance Department
• Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Full time, 40 hours per week
• Full benefit package including health, life and dental insurance
• Previous experience and/or trade school or vocational training in basic electricity, carpentry, and plumbing required
• Must have valid driver license
• HVAC experience preferred.
