Business Office Supervisor (Non-Bargaining Unit Position)
Full-time. Monday-Friday. Seeking a highly motivated Business Office Supervisor to lead the billing team in all aspects of the revenue cycle. Must have knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and third party billing rules and regulations. Critical Access Hospital, Home Health and Rural Health Clinic billing experience is preferred but not required. Must have knowledge of ICD-10, CPT and inpatient and outpatient hospital billing. Five (5) plus years of Manager/Supervisory experience is preferred. Must agree with and adopt "People First Philosophy" of Hospital.
Department Assistant - Business Office (Non-Bargaining Unit Position)
Part-time. 20 hours per week. Days and hours may vary. Monday-Friday. Days. Seeking individual cross-trained to handle many facets of busy Medical Business office. Must have excellent computer and customer service skills. Detail-oriented, self-starter, organized and able to meet deadlines. Team player who will be responsible for general administrative and clerical duties within office. Scanning, contract billing review, sorting mail, phone calls and other applicable duties, as assigned. Previous office experience required. Must adopt hospital's "People First Philosophy."
Customer Service Representative - Customer Service (Bargaining Unit Position)
Part-time. 32 hours per pay period. Work schedule varies. Qualified candidate must demonstrate excellent communication, computer and customer service skills. Preferred candidate will have 1 to 2 years Medical Terminology knowledge and CPSI registration experience. Ability to multi-task and answer multiple phone lines. Must be able to handle stressful situations and be flexible with schedule. Must be able to work without direct supervision and be well organized. Must adopt Hospital's "People First Philosophy."
Ward Clerk - Nursing (Bargaining Unit Position)
Part-time. 24 hours per pay period. Working every other weekend. H.S. Diploma or equivalent required. Organized and self-starter with excellent telephone and computer skills. Medical terminology and CPR required. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and be willing to adopt hospital's "People First Philosophy."
(2) Certified Nurse's Aide - Nursing - Medical/Surgical (Bargaining Unit Position)
Part-time. 48 hours per pay period. 2-12 hour shifts; 1st position has a varied work schedule, 2nd position work schedule is Nights. Current CNA certification required. up-to-date CPR Certification required. Good telephone and computer skills required. Must be willing to adopt Hospital's "Patient First Philosophy."
Registered Nurse - Nursing - Medical/Surgical (Bargaining Unit Position)
Full-time. 72 hours per pay period. 3-12 hour night shifts; rotating holidays and weekends. Current IL licensure. CPR and ACLS required. One 2-3 years prior medical/surgical nursing experience required. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and abide by the "People First Philosophy."
Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Quality Health Clinics
Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (Bargaining Unit Position)
Full-time. 12 hour shifts. Includes holidays and weekend rotations. 72 hours per pay period. Current IL RN licensure, ACLS and PALS certification. 2 years ER experience preferred. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and adopt the "People First Philosophy" of the hospital.
