  • Clinical Assistant - Specialty Clinic/Broadway Plaza* (Non-Bargaining Unit Position)

Part-time. 24 hours per pay period. Work schedule varies. LPN or MA, with a minimum of 2 years experience in a Physician's office. Must be able to give injections, perform venipuncture, assist Provider, provide customer service and demonstrate computer skills necessary to perform role. Must multi-task and be able to adapt to a fast-paced medical office environment. Work independently, as necessary. A team player who is willing to adopt Hospital's "People First Philosophy."

  • Clinical Assistant - Convenient Care/North Campus* (Bargaining Unit Position)

Part-time 48-56 hours per pay period. 2-3 days per week. third weekend rotation, which includes rotating holidays. LPN or MA. Must be able to give injections, perform venipuncture, assist Professional Provider. Must understand the importance of customer service and demonstrate skill with computer essential to perform role. Must be a multi-tasker, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, work independently, work with drug screen collections and perform other occupational testing. Off-site work, if needed at contracted employer's. Must be willing to adopt Hospital's "People First Philosophy."

  • Health Information Clerk - Health Services Information Department (Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time. Schedule determined by department; normally, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm. Maintaining records, scanning, filing, phone duties and other clerical functions as needed. Excellent organizational skills needed. Accuracy a must. Excellent computer keyboarding and mouse skills required. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and adopt the Hospital's "People First Philosophy." Must be able to physically tolerate sitting, bending, reaching and lifting for extended periods of time. Qualifications include: HS diploma, medical office experience and knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Medical certification as an MA, Med. Sec'y, or HIM professional preferred. Must be detail oriented, able to work independently, dependable, able to work under time constraints, have good phone manners and be a team player.

  • Business Office Supervisor - Business Office (Non- Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time. Monday-Friday. Seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Business Office Supervisor to lead the billing team in all aspects of the revenue cycle. Must have in depth knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and third party billing rules and regulations. Critical Access Hospital, Home Health and Rural Health Clinic billing experience is preferred but not required. Must have working knowledge of ICD-10, CPT and inpatient and outpatient billing. Five (5) plus years of Manager/Supervisory experience is preferred.

  • Department Assistant - Business Office (Non-Bargaining Unit Position)

Part-time. Monday-Friday. Days (shift varies). 40 hours per pay period. Seeking an individual to cover multiple Business Office roles. Must have excellent computer and Customer Service skills. Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, organized and able to meet deadlines. Must be a collaborative team player. Responsible for general administrative and clerical duties with the Business Office; including, but not limited to, Scanning, HealthLink invoice, contract billing and mail, phone calls and various other Business Office duties as assigned. Must be willing to adopt the Hospital's "People First Philosophy."

  • Call Center Representative - Call Center (Non-Bargaining Unit Position)

Part-time. 50 hours per pay period. Qualifications of the successful candidate includes: 1 (one) year CPSI, CPSI MPEMER Clinic Scheduler and Enterprise Wide Scheduling experience. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and adapt the Hospital's "People First Philosophy." Must have knowledge of patient registration, medical and insurance terminology, hospital and medical office functions. Must be proficient in operating computer software including electronic mail (Outlook), spreadsheets (EXCEL), electronic health records (CPSI), word processing (Word), electronic document storage (Powerflow) and other applicable software as may be needed in a timely manner.

  • Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical (Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time. 3-12 hour shifts. Working every other weekend; every other holiday. Current IL RN Licensure, CPR, ACLS certification required. 2-3 prior year's experience preferred. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and abide by the Hospital's "People First Philosophy".

  • (2) Clinical Assistant (s) - Coulterville Medical Clinic* - Specialty Clinic* - Quality Healthcare Clinics (Bargaining Unit Position)

(1) Full-time 72 hours per pay period. 4 - 9 hour shifts, varied days.(1) Part-time. 40 hours per pay period. RN, LPN or MA. Schedule same day patient appointments request. Place callbacks to the providers when messages are outside triage protocol. Past experience in physician's office or professional training required. Injection, immunization an venipuncture skills required. Computer skills mandatory. Must be detail oriented, multi-tasker, flexible, able to perform well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Must exhibit good customer service skills and ability to work well with broad range of age groups. Must be able to work well with others in a team approach and adopt our "People First Philosophy."

  • (2) Team Care Assistant (s) - Family Health Centre* - Quality Healthcare Clinics (Bargaining Unit Position)

(2) Full-time 72 hours per pay period. Varied days. RN, LPN or MA. Schedule same day patient appointments request. Place callbacks to the providers when messages are outside triage protocol. Past experience in physician's office or professional training required. Injection, immunization an venipuncture skills required. Computer skills mandatory. Must be detail oriented, multi-tasker, flexible, able to perform well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Must exhibit good customer service skills and ability to work well with broad range of age groups. Must be able to work well with others in a team approach and adopt our "People First Philosophy."

  • (2) Environmental Services Technician(s) - Environmental Services Department (Bargaining Unit Position)

Part-time. 32 hours per pay period. Monday thru Friday. Work schedule: Two (2) evenings per week. Must be able to work without supervision. Must be able to operate carpet extractor and floor buffers. Must be able to strip, wax floors and run vacuum. Light to moderate lifting. Valid IL Drivers license required. DOT physical may be required. Must be dependable (no call-ins). Must be thorough in completing work tasks. Must be able to meet State and Federal standards.

  • Radiology Tech - Radiology Department

PRN (as needed). Must be registered X-Ray technician. CT and X-Ray experience. Mammo-Ultra Sound a real plus. Must possess valid Illinois Radiologic technology license and ARRT certification.

  • Registered Nurse - Quality Healthcare Clinics* (Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time. 4 days a week. Current Illinois RN licensure required. Previous Physician office experience required. Position requires an individual who is a team player and who can multi-task. Highly motivated and strong skills. Must adopt Hospital's "People First Philosophy."

  • Customer Service Representative - Customer Service (Bargaining Unit Position)

PRN (1-as Needed). Work schedule varies. Qualified candidate must demonstrate excellent communication, computer and customer service skills. Preferred candidate will have 1 to 2 years Medical Terminology knowledge and CPSI registration experience. Ability to multi-task and answer multiple phone lines. Must be able to handle stressful situations and be flexible with schedule. Must be able to work without direct supervision and be well organized. Must adopt Hospital's "People First Philosophy."

  • Certified Nurse's Aide - Nursing - Medical/Surgical (Bargaining Unit Position)

Part-time. 48 hours per pay period. 2-12 hour shifts; Work schedule is Nights. Current CNA certification required. up-to-date CPR Certification required. Good telephone and computer skills required. Must be willing to adopt Hospital's "Patient First Philosophy."

  • Registered Nurse - Nursing - Medical/Surgical (Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time. 72 hours per pay period. 3-12 hour night shifts; rotating holidays and weekends. Current IL licensure. CPR and ACLS required. One 2-3 years prior medical/surgical nursing experience required. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and abide by the "People First Philosophy."

  • (2) Registered Nurses - Emergency Room (Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time. 12 hour shifts. Includes holidays and weekend rotations. 72+ hours per pay period. Current IL RN licensure, ACLS and PALS certification. 2-3 years ER experience preferred. TNS or CEN preferred. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and adopt the "People First Philosophy" of the hospital.
