Clerical Office Assistant - Float* (Bargaining Unit Position)
Per Diem. PRN. Working at ALL Rural Health Clinics*. Monday-Friday (occasional weekends). Hours vary. Past experience in a physicians office preferred. Knowledge of basic office equipment to include computer and scanner skills. ICD-9 & 10 CPT coding knowledge preferred. Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and flexibility in scheduling essential, as well as being a team player and willing to adopt hospital's "People First Philosophy."
Clinical Assistant - Steeleville & Sparta Medical Office* (Bargaining Unit Position)
Full-time. 72 hours per pay period. Varied days/hours (or until last patient seen). Past experience in a physician's office preferred. Injection skills to include immunizations required. Venipuncture, customer service and computer skills necessary to perform role. Must be multi-tasker who can adapt to a fast-paced environment and be a team player who is willing to adopt hospital's "People First Philosophy."
Customer Service Representative - Customer Service (Bargaining Unit Position)
Part-time. 40 hours per pay period. Shifts vary, includes weekends and holidays. Qualified candidate must possess excellent communication, computer and customer service skills. Ability to multi-task and answering of multi-line phone required. Must be flexible with schedule and must be able to handle working under stress, while working without direct supervision. Work is detailed oriented and medical terminology and knowledge of coding a plus. Work schedules are subject to change depending upon need. Must adopt the hospital's "People First Philosophy."
Certified Medical Coding Technician - (Non-Bargaining Unit Position)
Full-time. Perform on-going analysis of medical record charts for appropriate coding compliance. Review medical charts for complete inclusion of necessary documentation to support diagnosis coding. Provide on-going information and/or feedback to medical providers. Research and resolve coding questions/projects as assigned. Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification is required.
Certified Nurse's Aide - Nursing (Bargaining Unit Position)
Part-time. 48 Hours per pay period. 2-12 hour shifts. Variable shifts, working every other weekend and holidays. CNA certification required. Good telephone and computer skills. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and the hospital's "People First Philosophy."
Registered Nurse - At Home Health
Full-time. Commensurate benefits. Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. One day off per week, varying to current patient need. Weekend call rotation. Current IL RN license and valid driver's license required. Must have reliable transportation. 2 years acute care experience required. Must have strong decision-making, organizational and problem solving skills. Must have strong communication skills, desiring excellence in approach to work. Must be safe, professional, accountable, collaborative and be a patient advocate. Must adopt "Patient First Philosophy."
Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical (Bargaining Unit Position)
Full-time. 72 hours per pay period. 3-12 hour night shifts; rotating holidays and weekends. Current IL licensure. ACLS and PALS required. One (1) year prior medical/surgical nursing experience required. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and abide by the "People First Philosophy."
Registered Nurse - Surgery Department (Non-Bargaining Unit Position)
Full-time. 80 hours per pay period. Monday-Friday, plus call time. Hours vary based on Surgery schedule. Prior OR/First Assist experience preferred. CPR, ACLS and PALS, a prerequisite. Current IL RN license in good standing required. Must abide by "People First Philosophy".

Medical Laboratory Technologist/Technician - Laboratory (Bargaining Unit Position)
Full-time. Successful candidate will be able to perform routine laboratory functions. Possess a Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology degree from an accredited institution. Alternately, must possess an Associate Degree in laboratory science or medical technology from an accredited institution. If matriculated before February, 1992, must have received a degree from an accredited Medical Laboratory program (CLA, Gradwohl). Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and adopt the "People First Philosophy" of Hospital. Registry required: ASCP or AMT, etc.
Health Information Clerk - Health Information Services Department (Bargaining Unit Position)
Full-time. Work schedule based upon departmental needs, but to start: Mon-Fri. 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm. Scanning, maintaining records, filing, phone duties and other clerical functions. Excellent organizational skills needed. Accuracy an imperative. Good keyboarding required. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and adopt the hospital's "People First Philosophy". Must be able to tolerate sitting, bending, lifting, and reaching for long periods. Qualifications include:H.S. diploma, medical office experience and medical terminology preferred. Medical certification as MA, Medical Secretary or HIM professional preferred. Must detail-oriented, able to work independently, be dependable, able to work under time constraints, display good phone etiquette and be a team player.

Full-time. 12 hour shifts. Includes holidays and weekend rotations. 72 hours per pay period. Current IL RN licensure, ACLS and PALS certification. 2 years ER experience preferred. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and adopt the "People First Philosophy" of the hospital.
Environmental Services Technician - Housekeeping Department (Bargaining Unit Position)
Various Full-time, Part-time and Per Diem positions. Various shifts and locations. Must be able to work without supervision. Must be able to operate carpet extractor vacuum. Light to moderate lifting. Valid IL Drivers license required. DOT physical may be required. Must be dependable, no call-in absences tolerated. Must be thorough in approach to work. Must be able to meet State and Federal standards. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and adapt the hospital's "People First Philosophy."
Coding Manager - Billing Department
Full-time. Responsible for managing the coding operations of the hospital and physician offices (Quality Healthcare Clinics). Includes coding within the charge master. Oversees the data that is abstracted in the facility for credentialing, quality reporting and statistics. Prior management experience a real plus. Competitive salary commensurate with experience and certification. Competitive benefits. RHIT and RHIA required. Prefer minimum of 5 years experience in the HIM field. Additional certification in coding (CCS, CPC preferred). AHIMA Trained, I10 trainer preferred.
Call Center - Clerical (Non-Bargaining Unit Position)
Part-time. Up to 40 hours per pay period. One year CPSI, CPSI MPEMER clinic scheduler and Enterprise Wide Scheduling experience preferred but willing to train the right person. Must understand the concept of "People First Philosophy." Knowledge of patient registration, medical and insurance terminology, hospital and medical office functions preferred. Must have basic knowledge of operating computer software including electronic mail (Outlook), spreadsheets (Excel), electronic health records (CPSI), word processing (Word), electronic document storage (Powerflow) and other software as needed, in a timely manner.
Registered Nurse - At Home Health Care
Per Diem. Variable days and hours. RN with Illinois license. 1 year acute care experience required. Home Health experience preferred. Valid IL. driver's license, reliable transportation. Computer skills, excellent communication skills and adherence to "People First Philosophy" required.
