  • Coding/Reimbursement Supervisor

A Full-time position, you are invited to join the Leadership Team at a Progressive Critical Access Hospital with 9 outlying physician clinic locations. Seeking a highly motivated individual to provide leadership and guidance to our coding staff who perform inpatient, outpatient and physician coding; ensure appropriate reimbursement while conforming to applicable guidelines and regulations; collaborate with department managers to maintain the organization's Charge Description Master (CDM), as well as prepare the organization for the transition to ICD-10.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years coding (inpatient, outpatient, physician) experience
  • Knowledge of ICD9, ICD10, CPT, HCPCS, Holistic coding, APR DRGs, EAPGs
  • RHIT or RHIA
  • AHIMA ICD10 Trainer preferred
  • Prior supervisory or management experience
  • Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Convenient Care Clinic (North Campus)

  • Insurance A/R Specialist - Billing Office

Full-time, Mon-Fri, Days - Seeking a specifically qualified and experienced hospital billing specialist to perform account/claim resolution for inpatient, outpatient and physician claims. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years experience with A/R, insurance follow-up, researching denied claims and coding knowledge. Experience with IL Medicaid a plus. Must have a high degree of organization, attention to detail, accuracy and follow through. Must be able to operate multi-line phones, fax, copier and other basic office equipment.

  • Payment Poster (Non Bargaining Unit Position) - Business Office

Full-time, Monday - Friday (Day Shift) 2-3 Years previous payment posting experience in medical office/hospital preferred. Basic knowledge of insurance billing, coding, medical terminology and accounting required. CPSI experience helpful. Must be willing to adhere to our "People First Philosophy". Please note with this position, management reserves the right to adjust scheduled days/hours to meet the needs of the department.

  • Clinical Assistant (Bargaining Unit Position) - Convenient Care*

Part-time. 48-56 hours per pay period. Work schedule will vary: Mon-Fri alternating 8 am-6 pm, or 8:30 am-7 pm, every third weekend, 9 am-2 pm. Also includes rotating holidays. Medical assistant or LPN. Able to give injections, venipuncture, assist Medical Provider and perform computer tasks. Customer service orientation necessary. Multi-tasking required. Must adapt to a fast paced environment, work independently, work with drug screen collections and perform other occupational health testing. Must be able to go on site where services are provided. Need team player who is willing to adopt our Patient First Philosophy.

  • Registered Nurse/First Assistant (Non-Bargaining Unit Position) - Surgery Department

Full-time. 80 hours per pay period. Monday-Friday plus call time. Subject to surgery schedule. Prior OR/First Assistant experience preferred. CPR, ACLS and PALS required. Current Illinois license in good standing. Must abide by Patient First Philosophy.

  • Registered Nurse (Bargaining Unit Position) - Med/Surgical Department

Full-time. 80 hours per pay period. 12 pm - 8 pm 5 days/week, every other weekend and holiday rotation. Current IL RN license, CPR & ACLS required. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and abide by Patient First Philosophy, 2-3 years prior Med/Surgical experience preferred.

  • Registered Nurse - At Home Health Care

Per Diem. Variable days and hours. RN with Illinois license. 1 year acute care experience required. Home Health experience preferred. Valid IL. driver's license, reliable transportation. Computer skills, excellent communication skills and adherence to Patient First Philosophy required.

  • Certified Nurse Aid (Bargaining Unit Position) - Nursing Department

(2) Part-time positions, 48 hours per pay period. Variable shifts, 2-12 hour shifts, varies per week,  holidays, working every other weekend. CNA or equivalent.  Good telephone and computer skills. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and abide by our Patient First Philosophy.

  • Transportation Driver - Transportation Department

Part-time. 56-60 hours per pay period. Must have valid Illinois Driver's license. Will assist in transporting patients. Must have basic competencies with regard to senior population. Must be able to tolerate lifting and carrying. Must be comfortable driving in all local areas. Must have a good driving record, be well groomed and self-motivated.

  • Environmental Services Technician - Environmental Services

Part-time, average 22 hours per week. Shifts vary. Other shifts and locations as needed. Must be able to work without supervision. Must be able to run carpet extractor and floor buffers. Must be able to strip, wax floors and run vacuum. Light to moderate lifting. Valid IL Drivers License required. DOT physical may be required. Must be dependable; no call-ins and must be thorough in work ethic. Must be able to meet State and Federal standards.

  • Environmental Services Technician - Environmental Services

  • Certified Nurse Aid (Bargaining Unit Position) - Med/Surg

Full-time, 72 hours per pay period. 3-12 hour shifts - Night Shift; working every other weekend. CNA or equivalent. Good telephone and computer skills. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and abide by our Patient First Philosophy.
