  • Insurance A/R Specialist - Billing Office (Non-Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time. Mon-Fri, Days. Seeking a uniquely qualified and experienced hospital billing professional to perform account/claim resolution for inpatient, outpatient and physician claims. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience with A/R, insurance follow-up, researching denied claims and coding knowledge. Experience with IL Medicaid is a real plus. Must have a high degree of organization, attention to detail accuracy and follow through. Must be able to operate multi-line phones, fax, copier and other basic office equipment.

  • Cook - Dietary Department (Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time. 40 hours per week. Variable shifts with principal hours 11 am - 7 pm. Cooking experience preferred, but will train on-the-job. Experience in food handling and preparing meals. Will assist in serving food. Healthcare experience helpful. Food Service Sanitation certification a plus.

  • (2) Call Center Representative(s) - Clerical - Call Center (Non-bargaining Unit Position)

(1) Full-time, 64 hours per pay period and (1) Part-time. 50 hours per pay period. Qualifications of the successful candidate includes: 1 (one) year CPSI, CPSI MPEMER Clinic Scheduler and Enterprise Wide Scheduling experience. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and adapt the Hospital's "People First Philosophy." Must have knowledge of patient registration, medical and insurance terminology, hospital and medical office functions. Must be proficient in operating computer software including electronic mail (Outlook), spreadsheets (EXCEL), electronic health records (CPSI), word processing (Word), electronic document storage (Powerflow) and other applicable software as may be needed in a timely manner.

  • Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical (Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time. 3-12 hour shifts. Working every other weekend; every other holiday. Current IL RN Licensure, CPR, ACLS certification required. 2-3 prior year's experience preferred. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and abide by the Hospital's "People First Philosophy".

  • (2) Team Care Assistant(s) - Triage - Sparta Medical Office* - Quality Healthcare Clinics (Bargaining Unit Position)

Part-time 18 hours per pay period. 2 - 9 hour variable shifts, days. RN, LPN or MA. Schedule same day patient appointments request. Place callbacks to the providers when messages are outside triage protocol. Past experience in physician's office or professional training required. Injection, immunization an venipuncture skills required. Computer skills mandatory. Must be detail oriented, multi-tasker, flexible, able to perform well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Must exhibit good customer service skills and ability to work well with broad range of age groups. Must be able to work well with others in a team approach and adopt our "People First Philosophy."

  • Team Care Assistant - Triage - Coulterville Medical Clinic* - Quality Healthcare Clinics (Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time 72 hours per pay period. 4 - 9 hour shifts, varied days. RN, LPN or MA. Schedule same day patient appointments request. Place callbacks to the providers when messages are outside triage protocol. Past experience in physician's office or professional training required. Injection, immunization an venipuncture skills required. Computer skills mandatory. Must be detail oriented, multi-tasker, flexible, able to perform well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Must exhibit good customer service skills and ability to work well with broad range of age groups. Must be able to work well with others in a team approach and adopt our "People First Philosophy."

  • Team Care Assistant - Triage - Family Health Centre* - Quality Healthcare Clinics (Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time. 80 hours per pay period. 5 - 8 hour days per week. RN, LPN or MA. Schedule same day patient appointments request. Place callbacks to the providers when messages are outside triage protocol. Past experience in physician's office or professional training required. Injection, immunization an venipuncture skills required. Computer skills mandatory. Must be detail oriented, multi-tasker, flexible, able to perform well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Must exhibit good customer service skills and ability to work well with broad range of age groups. Must be able to work well with others in a team approach and adopt our "People First Philosophy."

  • (2) Environmental Services Technician(s) - Environmental Services Department (Bargaining Unit Position)

Part-time. 32 hours per pay period. Monday thru Friday. Work schedule: Two (2) evenings per week. Must be able to work without supervision. Must be able to operate carpet extractor and floor buffers. Must be able to strip, wax floors and run vacuum. Light to moderate lifting. Valid IL Drivers license required. DOT physical may be required. Must be dependable (no call-ins). Must be thorough in completing work tasks. Must be able to meet State and Federal standards.

  • Radiology Tech - Radiology Department

PRN (as needed). Must be registered X-Ray technician. CT and X-Ray experience. Mammo-Ultra Sound a real plus. Must possess valid Illinois Radiologic technology license and ARRT certification.

  • Team Care Assistant - Quality Healthcare Clinics* (Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time & Part-time. RN, LPN or MA. Schedule same day patient appointments request. Place callbacks to the providers when messages are outside triage protocol. Past experience in physician's office or professional training required. Injection, immunization an venipuncture skills required. Computer skills mandatory. Must be detail oriented, multi-tasker, flexible, able to perform well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Must exhibit good customer service skills and ability to work well with broad range of age groups. Must be able to work well with others in a team approach and adopt our "People First Philosophy."

  • Registered Nurse - Quality Healthcare Clinics* (Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time. 4 days a week. Current Illinois RN licensure required. Previous Physician office experience required. Position requires an individual who is a team player and who can multi-task. Highly motivated and strong skills. Must adopt Hospital's "People First Philosophy."

  • (2) Customer Service Representative(s) - Customer Service (Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time (1) PRN (1 - as Needed). Work schedule varies. Qualified candidate must demonstrate excellent communication, computer and customer service skills. Preferred candidate will have 1 to 2 years Medical Terminology knowledge and CPSI registration experience. Ability to multi-task and answer multiple phone lines. Must be able to handle stressful situations and be flexible with schedule. Must be able to work without direct supervision and be well organized. Must adopt Hospital's "People First Philosophy."

  • Certified Nurse's Aide - Nursing - Medical/Surgical (Bargaining Unit Position)

Part-time. 48 hours per pay period. 2-12 hour shifts; Work schedule is Nights. Current CNA certification required. up-to-date CPR Certification required. Good telephone and computer skills required. Must be willing to adopt Hospital's "Patient First Philosophy."

  • Registered Nurse - Nursing - Medical/Surgical (Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time. 72 hours per pay period. 3-12 hour night shifts; rotating holidays and weekends. Current IL licensure. CPR and ACLS required. One 2-3 years prior medical/surgical nursing experience required. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and abide by the "People First Philosophy."

  • (2) Registered Nurses - Emergency Room (Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time. 12 hour shifts. Includes holidays and weekend rotations. 72+ hours per pay period. Current IL RN licensure, ACLS and PALS certification. 2-3 years ER experience preferred. TNS or CEN preferred. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and adopt the "People First Philosophy" of the hospital.
