  • Coding/Reimbursement Supervisor

A Full-time position, you are invited to join the Leadership Team at a Progressive Critical Access Hospital with 9 outlying physician clinic locations. Seeking a highly motivated individual to provide leadership and guidance to our coding staff who perform inpatient, outpatient and physician coding; ensure appropriate reimbursement while conforming to applicable guidelines and regulations; collaborate with department managers to maintain the organization's Charge Description Master (CDM), as well as prepare the organization for the transition to ICD-10.


  • At least 3 years coding (inpatient, outpatient, physician) experience
  • Knowledge of ICD9, ICD10, CPT, HCPCS, Holistic coding, APR DRGs, EAPGs
  • RHIT or RHIA
  • AHIMA ICD10 Trainer preferred
  • Prior supervisory or management experience
  • Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Convenient Care Clinic (North Campus)

  • Insurance A/R Specialist - Billing Office

Full-time, Mon-Fri, Days - Seeking a specifically qualified and experienced hospital billing specialist to perform account/claim resolution for inpatient, outpatient and physician claims. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years experience with A/R, insurance follow-up, researching denied claims and coding knowledge. Experience with IL Medicaid a plus. Must have a high degree of organization, attention to detail, accuracy and follow through. Must be able to operate multi-line phones, fax, copier and other basic office equipment.

  • Centralized Scheduler - Call Center (Non-Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time, 80 hours per pay period. One year CPSI, CPSI MPEMER Clinic Scheduler and Enterprise Wide Scheduling experience. Must have clinic scheduling experience. Must understand the concept of People First Philosophy. Must have knowledge of patient registration, medical and insurance terminology, hospital and medical office functions. Must be proficient in operating computer software including electronic mail (Outlook) spreadsheets (Excel), electronic health records (CPSI), word processing (Word), electronic document storage (Powerflow)  and other software as needed in a timely manner.

  • Registered Nurse/First Assistant - Surgery (Non-Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time. 80 Hours per pay period. Monday-Friday, plus call time. Subject to surgery schedule. Prior OR/First Assist experience preferred. CPR, ACLS and PALS a prerequisite. Current Illinois RN License in good stand. Must abide by People First Philosophy.

  • Certified Nurse's Aide (Medical/Surgical) - Nursing (Bargaining Unit Position)

Part-time,  48 hours per pay period, variable shifts. 2-12 hour shifts, varies per week. Includes every other weekend and holidays. CNA certification required. Good telephone skills and computer skills. Must understand the concept of People First Philosophy.

  • Registered Nurse - At Home Health Care

Per Diem. Variable days and hours. RN with Illinois license. 1 year acute care experience required. Home Health experience preferred. Valid IL. driver's license, reliable transportation. Computer skills, excellent communication skills and adherence to People First Philosophy required.

  • Environmental Services Technician - Environmental Services

Per Diem. Must be able to work without supervision. Must be able to run carpet extractor and floor buffers. Must be able to strip, wax floors and run vacuum. Light to moderate lifting. Valid IL Drivers License required. DOT physical may be required. Must be dependable; no call-ins and must be thorough in work ethic. Must be able to meet State and Federal standards. Must adhere to People First Philosophy.
