  • Cook - Dietary Department (Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time. 40 hours per week. Variable shifts. Cooking experience preferred. On the job training included. Experience in food handling and preparing meals. Will assist in serving of food. Healthcare experience helpful. Food Service Sanitation Certification a plus.

  • Clerical Office Assistant - Quality Healthcare Physicians (Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time. Steeleville Clinic.* Mon (possible Monday evening), Tues, Thurs, Fri (Wednesday off) Hours and schedule subject to change. Past experience in a Physician's office preferred. Ability to operate basic office equipment to include multi-line phone. Above average computer and organizational skills required. ICD-9 & CPT coding knowledge beneficial. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and be a team player who is willing to adopt our "People First Philosophy."

  • Clinical Assistant - Quality Healthcare Physicians (Bargaining Unit Position)

Part-time. Family Health Centre.* 54 hours per pay period. Work schedule varies, but includes: Tues, Wed, Thurs. 9 am-5:30 pm (or last patient seen). LPN or MA with a minimum of 2 yrs. of clinical experience in a Physician's office. Able to give injections, venipuncture, assist Provider, customer service and computer skills necessary to perform role. Must be multi-tasker who can adapt to a fast-paced environment and work independently. Need a team player who is willing to adopt our "People First Philosophy."

  • Clinical Assistant - Quality Healthcare Physicians (Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time. Coulterville Medical Clinic* 72 hours per pay period. Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri. Past experience in Physician office preferred. Locations will vary* Injection skills to include immunization is a requirement of position. Venipuncture, customer service and computer skills  necessary to perform role. Must be a multi-tasker, who can adapt to a fast-paced medical office environment and be a team player who is willing to adopt our "People First Philosophy."
  • Purchasing Clerk - Purchasing Department

PRN. Hours 7:00 am-3:30 pm, Mon-Fri. High school diploma or GED required. Must be able to work under pressure, handle negative interactions, multiple projects, customers, and interruptions while maintaining positive customer relations skills. Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be able to lift heavy objects, up to 60 lbs. Must adopt and apply "People First Philosophy" to your daily work.

  • Clinical Triage Assistant -Quality Healthcare Physicians (Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time. Marissa Medical Clinic*. 80 hours per pay period. Mon-Fri. 7:30 am-4:00 pm. LPN or RN preferred. Triage all phone calls for all Providers in the office; when messages are outside of triage protocol, refer back to providers. Schedule same day patient appointment requests. Past experience in Physician's office or professional training required. Injection skills to include immunizations required. Venipuncture, customer service to a broad range of age groups. Computer skills necessary to perform role. Must be multi-tasker who can adapt to a fast-paced environment and be a team player who is willing to adopt our "People First Philosophy."

  • Environmental Services Technician - Housekeeping Department (Bargaining Unit Position)

Various Full-time, Part-time and Per Diem positions. Various shifts and locations. Must be able to work without supervision. Must be able to operate carpet extractor vacuum. Light to moderate lifting. Valid IL Drivers license required. DOT physical may be required. Must be dependable, no call-in absences tolerated. Must be thorough in approach to work. Must be able to meet State and Federal standards. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and adapt the hospital's "People First Philosophy."

  • Nurse's Aide - Certified - Nursing (Bargaining Unit Position)

Part-time. 36 hours or more per pay period. 3-12 hour shifts, working every other weekend. CNA certified or equivalent. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and adapt the hospital's "People First Philosophy."

  • Nurse's Aide - Certified - Nursing (Bargaining Unit Position)

  • Ward Clerk - Nursing Department

Full-time. Variable shifts. 8 hour days/evenings, working every other weekend and alternating holidays. High school diploma or GED required. Organized self-starter with strong telephone and computer skills needed. Medical terminology preferred. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and adapt the hospital's "People First Philosophy."

  • Coding Manager - Billing Department

Full-time. Responsible for managing the coding operations of the hospital and physician offices (Quality Healthcare Clinics). Includes coding within the charge master. Oversees the data that is abstracted in the facility for credentialing, quality reporting and statistics. Prior management experience a real plus. Competitive salary commensurate with experience and certification. Competitive benefits. RHIT and RHIA required. Prefer minimum of 5 years experience in the HIM field. Additional certification in coding (CCS, CPC preferred). AHIMA Trained, I10 trainer preferred.

  • Dietary Assistant - Dietary (Bargaining Unit Position)

Part-time. Variable shifts. Cook's experience preferred but will provide on-the-job training. Assist in preparation and serving of food. Must relate well to staff and patients. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and adopt the hospital's "People First Philosophy."

  • Call Center - Clerical (Non-Bargaining Unit Position)

Part-time and Full-time positions available. Up to 40 hours per pay period. One year CPSI, CPSI MPEMER clinic scheduler and Enterprise Wide Scheduling experience preferred but willing to train the right person. Must understand the concept of "People First Philosophy." Knowledge of patient registration, medical and insurance terminology, hospital and medical office functions preferred. Must have basic knowledge of operating computer software including electronic mail (Outlook), spreadsheets (Excel), electronic health records (CPSI), word processing (Word), electronic document storage (Powerflow) and other software as needed, in a timely manner.

  • Registered Nurse - At Home Health Care

Per Diem. Variable days and hours. RN with Illinois license. 1 year acute care experience required. Home Health experience preferred. Valid IL. driver's license, reliable transportation. Computer skills, excellent communication skills and adherence to "People First Philosophy" required.
