  • Clerical Office Assistant - Steeleville Clinic* (Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time. Monday, Tuesday & Friday; Wednesday Off, Thursday-8:30 am to 7:30 pm or until last patient seen. Hours and schedule subject to change. Past experience in a physician's office preferred. Ability to operate basic office equipment to include multi-line phone. Above average computer and organizational skills required. ICD-9 & CPT coding knowledge beneficial. Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and be a team player who is willing to adhere to the Hospital's "People First Philosophy."

  • Help Desk Support Specialist - IT Department (Non-Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time. Schedule varies. 7 am - 3:30 pm. Troubleshoot user issues related to computer hardware, systems, software, applications software, printers and other peripherals; must be able to install or replace hardware on a computer; must be able to troubleshoot applications to determine who to escalate issues to; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service; must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, must have strong organizational and problem solving skills; on-call shifts will be required. Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree in computer related field is preferred. 1-2 years experience. Must have valid driver's license and have reliable transportation as you will need to travel to outside clinics when needed.

  • Insurance A/R Specialist - Billing Office

Full-time. Monday-Friday, day shift. Seeking a highly experienced hospital billing professional to perform account/claim resolution for inpatient, outpatient and physician claims. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience with A/R, insurance follow-up, researching denied claims and coding knowledge. Experience with IL Medicaid is a plus. Must have high degree of organization, attention to detail, accuracy and follow through. Must be able to operate multi-line phones, fax, copier and other essential office equipment.

  • Stock Clerk - Purchasing Department

Per Diem. Monday-Friday. High school diploma or GED required. Must be able to work under pressure, handle negative interactions, multiple projects, customers and interruptions while maintaining positive customer relations skills. Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical Dept. (Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-Time. 72 Hours per pay period. 3-12 hour shifts. Weekend rotation. Varied schedule. Current IL RN licensure. CPR & ACLS required. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and abide by the "People First Philosophy". 2-3 years prior Medical/Surgical experience preferred.

  • Customer Service Representative - Customer Service

Part-Time. 32 hours per pay period. Work schedule varies. Every other weekend. Qualified candidates must have excellent communication and computer and customer service skills. Multi-tasking and multi-phone line answering a must. Must be able to handle stressful situations and be flexible with schedule. Must be able to work without direct supervision and be detail oriented. Medical terminology and/or coding a plus. Must be willing to abide by "People First Philosophy."

  • Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Convenient Care Clinic (North Campus)

  • Clinical Assistant - Marissa Clinic* (Bargaining Unit Position)

Part-time,  64 hours per pay period, 3 1/2 days per week. Past experience in Physician Office preferred. Injection skills to include immunizations is required. Venipuncture, customer service and computer skills necessary to perform role. Must be a multi-tasker who can adapt to a fast-paced environment and be a team player who understands and adopts the concept of "People First Philosophy".

  • Registered Nurse -  Emergency Room (Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time. Nights - 12 Hour shifts. Includes holiday and weekend rotation, 72 hours per pay period. Current IL License, ACLS & PALS required. Previous ER experience preferred. Must understand concept of exceptional customer service and be willing to abide by "People First Philosophy."

  • Certified Nurse's Aide (Medical/Surgical)-Nursing (Bargaining Unit Position)

Part-time,  48 hours per pay period, variable shifts. 2-12 hour shifts, varies per week. Includes every other weekend and holidays. CNA certification required. Good telephone skills and computer skills. Must understand the concept of "People First Philosophy".

  • Registered Nurse - At Home Health Care

Per Diem. Variable days and hours. RN with Illinois license. 1 year acute care experience required. Home Health experience preferred. Valid IL. driver's license, reliable transportation. Computer skills, excellent communication skills and adherence to People First Philosophy required.
