  • Health Information Clerk - Temporary Position

Full-Time, Temporary Position, 80 Hours per pay period. Monday-Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Qualifications: H.S. Diploma. Medical office experience and medical terminology preferred. Most be able to work independently. Must be dependable and able to work under time constraints; practice good phone etiquette and be a team player.

  • Registered Nurse (Bargaining Unit Position) - Emergency Room

Full-Time, 12 hour shifts, Includes holiday and weekend rotations; 72 hours per pay period. Current IL RN Licensure, ACLS and PALS required. At least 2 years ER or Critical Care experience preferred. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and be willing to follow our Patient First Philosophy

  • Clinical Assistant - Convenient Care*, North Campus

Part-Time, Bargaining Unit position. 2-3 days per week and every third weekend. Work schedule varies. Will include some weekends and holidays (May require flexible schedule to work in other clinics as needed). Must present Certificate of Completion from a Medical Assistant Program and be a Registered Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), with strong clinical skills and background in triage. Injection, immunization and venipuncture required. Must be dependable with flexible scheduling ability, detail oriented, a good collaborator with other employees, multi-tasker with good computer skills. Must be able to perform well under pressure, in a fast paced medical office environment. Must demonstrate excellent Customer service skills and with ability to work well with a broad range of age groups and client occupations. Must agree with "People First Philosophy".

  • Clinical Assistant - Marissa Medical Clinic

Part-Time, Bargaining unit position, (Starting at Marissa Medical Clinic*) 54 hours per pay period, 3 days per week. Previous physician office experience preferred. Injection skills to include immunizations required. Venipuncture, customer service, multi-tasking and computer skills necessary to perform role in a fast paced environment.

  • Environmental Services Tech - [Housekeeper] - Marissa Clinic

Part-time, approximately 2 hours/day, 5 days/week. Must be able to work  without  supervision. Must be able to strip, wax floors  and run vacuum. Must be dependable.  Must be thorough in work ethic, and must be able to meet State and Federal work standards.

  • Environmental Services Tech - [Housekeeper] - Steeleville Clinic

Part-time, approximately 3 hours/day, 5 days/week. Must be able to work without supervision. Must be able to strip, wax floors and run vacuum. Must be dependable. Must be thorough in work ethic, and must be able to meet State and Federal work standards.

  • Clinical Assistant - Steeleville Clinic

Part-Time, Bargaining unit position, (Starting at Steeleville Clinic*) 64 hours per pay period. Schedule varies per needs of Clinic and Management. Previous physician office experience or Medical Assistant training necessary. Injection skills required, to including immunizations. Venipuncture, customer service, multi-tasking and computer skills necessary to perform role in a fast paced environment.   • Certified Coding Supervisor

Full-Time. Come join the leadership team at a progressive Critical Access Hospital with 9 outlying physician office locations. Seeking a highly motivated individual to provide leadership and guidance to our coding staff who perform inpatient, outpatient and physician coding; ensure appropriate reimbursement while conforming to applicable guidelines and regulations; collaborate with departmental managers to supervise the organization's Charge Description Master (CDM); as well as prepare the organization for transition to ICD-10. Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of coding experience (inpatient, outpatient, physician) required.
  • Knowledge of ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, Holistic Coding, APR DRGs, EAPGs
  • RHIT or RHIA required
  • AHIMA ICD 10 trainer preferred
