  • Medical Laboratory Technologist/Technician - Laboratory

Full-time. Must be able to perform routine laboratory functions. Must hold a Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology from an accredited institution. Or must have an Associates degree in a laboratory science, medical laboratory technology form an accredited institution. Before February 1992, received a degree from an accredited medical laboratory program (CLA, Gradwohl) Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service and adhere to the "People First Philosophy." Registry required (ASCP, or AMT, etc.)

  • Clerical - Call Center (Non-bargaining unit position)

Part-time. Up to 48 hours per pay period. Position requires one year (1) CPSI, CPSI MPEMER Clinic Scheduler and Enterprise Wide Scheduling experience. Must understand the concept of exceptional customer service. Must have knowledge of patient registration, medical and insurance terminology, hospital and medical office functions. Must be proficient in operating computer software, including electronic mail (MS Outlook), spreadsheets (MS Excel), electronic document storage (Powerflow) and other software as needed in a timely manner. Must adhere to "People First Philosophy."

  • Environmental Services Technician - Environmental Services - Marissa Medical Clinic & Gym

Part-time. 20 hours per pay period. Work schedule-Monday through Friday, shift varies. Must be able to work without supervision. Must be able to run carpet extractor and floor buffers. Must be able to strip, wax floors and run vacuum. Light to moderate lifting. Must be dependable; no call-ins, must have exemplary work ethic, and must meet State and Federal Standards.

  • Clinical Assistant - Coulterville Medical Center* (Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time. Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri; as required by Clinic Management. 8 am to 5:30 pm. 72 hours per pay period. Subject to change as necessary to cover office needs. Starting at Coulterville Medical Center. Medical Assistant with appropriate educational credentials. Previous experience in a physician office setting. Venipuncture and injection skills required. Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment. Multi-tasking and computer skills necessary required; ability to understand Electronic Medical Record keeping. Must adhere to "People First Philosophy."

  • Dietary Assistant - Dietary Department (Bargaining Unit Position)

Part-time. Cook's experience. On-the-job training. Must have good people skills and communicate well with public. Will assist in the preparation and serving of food.

  • Radiology Tech - Radiology Department (Bargaining Unit Position)

Part-time. Every other weekend and fill-in as needed. Must be registered Radiology Tech. Must be able to perform or willing to learn routine diagnostic radiology; US, CT, Mammograms. Must possess valid Illinois Radiologic technology license and ARRT certification.

  • Clerical-Call Center (Non-Bargaining Unit Position)

Part-time. Up to 40 hours per pay period. One year CPSI, CPSI MPEMER clinic scheduler and Enterprise Wide Scheduling experience. Must understand the concept of "People First Philosophy." Must have knowledge of patient registration, medical and insurance terminology, hospital and medical office functions. Must be proficient in operating computer software including electronic mail (Outlook), spreadsheets (Excel), electronic health records (CPSI), word processing (Word), electronic document storage (Powerflow) and other software as needed, in a timely manner.

  • Customer Service Representative - Customer Service

Part-Time. 32 hours per pay period. Work schedule varies. Every other weekend. Qualified candidates must have excellent communication and computer and customer service skills. Multi-tasking and multi-phone line answering a must. Must be able to handle stressful situations and be flexible with schedule. Must be able to work without direct supervision and be detail oriented. Medical terminology and/or coding a plus. Must be willing to abide by "People First Philosophy."

  • Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Convenient Care Clinic (North Campus)

  • Registered Nurse -  Emergency Room (Bargaining Unit Position)

Full-time. Nights - 12 Hour shifts. Includes holiday and weekend rotation, 72 hours per pay period. Current IL License, ACLS & PALS required. Previous ER experience preferred. Must understand concept of exceptional customer service and be willing to abide by "People First Philosophy."

  • Registered Nurse - At Home Health Care

Per Diem. Variable days and hours. RN with Illinois license. 1 year acute care experience required. Home Health experience preferred. Valid IL. driver's license, reliable transportation. Computer skills, excellent communication skills and adherence to People First Philosophy required.
