Barb is a Registered
Dietitian. She has been employed at Sparta Community Hospital since 1988. Barb
is also a Licensed Dietitian in the State of Illinois. She earned her BS in
Food and Nutrition/Dietetics at Iowa State University, Ames Iowa. Her
internship was completed at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa.
She holds memberships in The American Dietetic Association, The Illinois
Dietetic Association, The Southern Illinois Dietetic Association and The St.
Louis Dietetic Association.
Barb and her partner, Bev Brown manage Off Broadway Catering. This is a full service catering business that is performed by the Sparta Community Hospital Dietary Department.
