Visitor Participation
While regular scheduled Board Meetings are open to the public, individuals who wish to address the Board of Directors should make their request to Sparta Community Hospital District Administration no less than seven days before that meeting. This request will then be forwarded to our Board Chairman for consideration. If your request is approved, all presentations, discussions or requests will be limited to a maximum of 15 minutes due to Hospital business that needs to be conducted.
No person appearing before the Board shall be permitted to discuss any motion pending, complaints against individual employees of the District or shall be permitted to make defamatory or abusive statements.
