Clinical Assistant - Convenient Care (North Campus)

Full-time, 36-40 hours per week, includes every third weekend

(Saturday 10 am-3pm, Sunday 1pm-5pm and alternating

Holidays 1pm-5pm). Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse or

Registered Nurse, highly motivated and able to multi-task in a

fast-paced office setting. Must be able to give injections, draw blood

and assist with minor procedure. Perform drug screens and assist

provider as needed. A great work setting with a dedicated staff, up to date

technology serving occupational clients and immediate care patients.

Clinic Manager

Full time Mon-Fri - 80 hours per pay period

Current Illinois RN licensure required

Previous Supervisory and Physician office experience required

Must be highly motivated multi-tasker who is team-oriented with strong skills

Must be able to conduct interviews, perform disciplinary action and have

strong problem solving skills. Must abide by our Patient First Philosophy

(Bargaining Unit Position)

Family Health Center

Full Time Mon-Fri - 80 hours per pay period

Current Illinois RN licensure required

Previous Physician Office experience required.

Must be highly motivated mult-tasker who is team-oriented with strong skills

and willingness to abide by Patient First Philosophy

Please note Sparta Community Hospital owns multiple physician clinics in Sparta, Coulterville,

Steeleville and Marissa, IL. Scheduled hours and  work location of all clinic employees

are subject to change according to Management needs/discretion and/or provider changes.

Physical Therapist (Full-Time)

Full-time, competitive salary and benefits. Schedule includes

some Home Health and In-Patient (Hospital) visits. Employment location at

"The Center",  one of the premier Physical Therapy and Rehab facilities in

So. Central Illinois. Modern, up to date technology, including BTE and SwimEX
