The Health & Wellness Foundation has been created to ensure that high quality healthcare remains available close to home.  The Health & Wellness Foundation announced its kickoff campaign entitled “Our community, our hospital growing together” at the first annual Spring Fling.  The foundation has set a goal for its capital campaign of $500,000 with a challenge goal of $750,000.  These funds will be used to provide equipment and furnishings inside the new addition at Sparta Community Hospital.  Once this goal is accomplished, The Health & Wellness Foundation will focus on providing community health and educational programs.  If you have questions or would like to inquire about how to support The Health & Wellness Foundation please contact the foundation at 443-2177 ext 1411
