Betty Birchler Speaks at Sparta Rotary

Sparta Community Hospital’s Respiratory Therapist Betty Birchler, CRT/RCP, was the guest speaker at the February 21st meeting of the Sparta Rotary. Mrs. Birchler, who has over 26 years experience in her field, presented a program to the Rotarians on COPD followed by a question answer session.
