Dietary Department Treated Mardi Gras Lunch

Sparta Community Hospital’s dietary department treated staff and visitors to a Mardi Gras Luncheon Tuesday, February 21. A New Orleans style menu of gumbo, muffalettas, dirty rice, red beans and rice and bread pudding was served. The hospital’s dietary department treats visitors and staff to special luncheons for several holidays throughout the year and welcomes the public to participate. The public enjoys meals which are of high nutrition quality at a reasonable price.
