Hours: Please call 618-443-2177 ext 2190 Marie (Ext 1623)--Supervisor of PBO. Does the month end reports for PBO. Handles the medical coding, compliancy and research. Tina (Ext 1560)—Opens our mail and balances all of the daily closes and does our month end. Her office is located at the hospital Barb (Ext 1628)—responsible for the Medicare A/R for both RHC and Part B. She splits her time between PBO and Home Health (which is where her office is located) Sheila (Ext 1622)—responsible for all self pay accounts and Blue Cross A/R for A-L alphabet. Cathie (Ext. 1625)—responsible for all self pay accounts and Blue Cross A/R for M-Z alphabet. Shelby (Ext 1624)—responsible for the A/R for Harmony, HL and DPA Lori (Ext 1621)—responsible for the entire payment posting Pat (Ext 1620)—responsible for all of the insurance billing electronic and paper. Mary (Ext 1619)--Primary phone answerer at PBO plus helps patients at our front window. Also does all of the scanning or other duties per our supervisor. Beth (Ext 1678) — responsible for the A/R for RHC public aid and is our computer guru working with clinic computer problems, Laserware and Compusense techs. Does the quarterly chart audits for all providers. Janae (Ext 1638)–– responsible for the commercial A/R, Medicare HMO/PPO A/R, and the work comp/MVA billing and A/R.
