Sparta Community Hospital's Physical, Occupational Therapy and Sports Medicine programs offer a warm, friendly environment in a complete state of the art rehabilitation facility. Our goal is to provide quality services, assist you in regaining your independence and promote wellness. We provide outpatient rehabilitation services to Randolph, Perry, St. Clair, Washington and Jackson counties as well as providing inpatient therapy at Sparta Community Hospital. All Staff Members at Sparta Community Hospital's Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine department are licensed in their respective fields and are a team of professionals dedicated to your wellness.
