Ziya Baghmanli, MD – General Surgeon*

Specializing in general surgery, Dr. Baghmanli is a Board Certified general surgeon. He completed his General Surgery residency at University of Toledo Medical Center (Toledo, OH) and his surgical internship at Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC.  He is a staff surgeon at Sparta Community Hospital with a diverse background in General Surgery.

Maxwell Hayden, DPM – Wound Care, Podiatry

Board Qualification: American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery

Dr. Hayden will be providing podiatry services at Family Health Centre, Coulterville Medical Clinic, Steeleville Clinic and Marissa Medical Clinic.

Dr. Hayden graduated from North Central College, Naperville, IL, with a Bachelor of Arts, Major in Biochemistry, in 2013. He then graduated with honors, as a Phi Delta Honoree, Doctor of Podiatric Medicine in 2018 from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago. He has recently completed the Katherine Shaw Bethea Hospital Residency Program in Dixon, Il.

Along with receiving the Phi Delta Honoree at graduation, Dr. Hayden earned the Dean’s Scholarship 2009 from 2013, the Sheldon P. Goren and the DPM Memorial Scholarship for academic excellence.
