Sports Physicals

Sparta Community Hospital Offers Sports Physicals to Benefit Schools

Sparta Community Hospital’s Quality Healthcare Clinics are once again offering $10 Sports Physicals with all proceeds to be donated to each student’s school.

The Sports Physicals will be offered from 5pm-7pm.  All athletes are welcome to schedule.
