Maybe you don’t feel like you need a primary care provider.  At Sparta Community Hospital’s Family Health Centre, we’d like you to consider the advantages of establishing a relationship with a primary care provider before you need one.  A provider who knows your health history can manage existing conditions as well as help make recommendations that can avoid or prevent serious issues later in life. Whether you’re learning to walk, or struggling with senior health issues, your primary care provider will be there for you and your family when you need them the most.
