Visitor Participation
Regular scheduled Board Meetings are open to the public and individuals wishing to address the Board of Directors should give advance notice to Sparta Community Hospital District Administration or the Board Chairman, if possible. Please note, all presentations, discussions, or requests will be limited to a maximum of 15 minutes due to Hospital business needing to be conducted.
No person appearing before the Board shall be permitted to discuss any motions pending, complaints against individual employees of the District, or make defamatory or abusive statements.
