Dr. Preuss has been a member of the Sparta Community Hospital’s Medical Staff since 1990 and provides family practice services to the members of the Steeleville Community at Sparta Community Hospital’s Steeleville Clinic. Dr. Preuss completed his Medical Doctorate at Indiana University in Indianapolis, Indiana. Dr. Preuss completed his Residency at the University of Kansas, Kansas City Missouri.

Maxwell Hayden, DPM – Wound Care, Podiatry

Board Qualification: American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery

Dr. Hayden will be providing podiatry services at Family Health Centre, Coulterville Medical Clinic, Steeleville Clinic and Marissa Medical Clinic.

Dr. Hayden graduated from North Central College, Naperville, IL, with a Bachelor of Arts, Major in Biochemistry, in 2013. He then graduated with honors, as a Phi Delta Honoree, Doctor of Podiatric Medicine in 2018 from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago. He has recently completed the Katherine Shaw Bethea Hospital Residency Program in Dixon, Il.

Along with receiving the Phi Delta Honoree at graduation, Dr. Hayden earned the Dean’s Scholarship 2009 from 2013, the Sheldon P. Goren and the DPM Memorial Scholarship for academic excellence.

Danielle Scott, PA-C

Danielle earned her Masters of Medical Science for Physician Assistant and Bachelor of Science in Radiation Therapy at St. Louis University.  She has 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant at Urgent Care in Granite City and Belleville and has experience in Urgent Care Facilities.
