Sparta Community Hospital will be hosting it’s annual ABC’s of Medicare Program on Tuesday, October 17, Auxiliary Room A, Broadway Plaza, in Sparta.
This FREE in person session, presented by Keith Leitzen, Managed Care Partners, will be regarding the 2024 Medicare and Medicare Advantage information to help you make informed decisions about our healthcare during this year’s Open Enrollment period.
There will be 2 sessions, 2pm and 7:00 pm. Each program will be followed by a Q&A session.
