On Monday, March 7, Sparta Community Hospital will be offering a Drive-thru COVID-19 at-home test kit giveaway. The kits will be available from 9:00am to 11:00am at the hospital drive thru services, located off Burns Avenue, behind the hospital.
Test kits will be available, one per person or limit 2 per vehicle, while supplies last. Free home tests are provided through Sparta Community Hospital’s participation in the Rural Health Clinic program
To support home based testing, Sparta Community Hospital will no longer be offering drive-thru testing beginning Monday, March 7. Testing will continue to be available as directed by your primary care provider or at Convenient Care.
