Michelle Wittenborn, Call Center Representative, recently received a nomination for demonstrating exceptional patient care, providing exceptional service that made a significant improvement to the life of a patient, and going above and beyond to provide an exceptional service for a patient.

 “I called the call center a few weeks ago and Michelle answered the phone.  She was very nice and read my message to my son’s provider that she placed in my son’s chart for me.  She also made sure he was scheduled for his yearly appointment.  I had a pick-up call from the provider and when I returned the call Michelle answered again and was very helpful with making sure she could help me before she simply transferred the call.  She took the needed information and placed it in the call back.  She was very nice again while helping me.”
