Sparta Community Hospital is pleased to announce Prairie Cardiovascular Consultants will be expanding their Cardiology services which they currently provide at the Sparta Community Hospital’s Cardiology Clinic, located at 211 S. Burns in Sparta. Their new and enhanced services begin Thursday, October 4th.
Dr. Thomas Cahill, Cardiologist, will be seeing patients in his clinic the 1st, 3rd, 4th, & 5th Wednesdays of the month.
Dr. Michael Jason Hushion, EP (Electrophysiologist), will be seeing patients in his clinic on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. He provides specialized services to patients suffering from arrhythmias, atrial fib, and other heartbeat abnormalities.
“This is a great addition to our Cardiology services,” states CEO, Joann Emge, “with these additional quality cardiology services, patients will be able to remain close to home, receiving important cardiology health services locally.”
