Register before July 10, 2023, by calling the Farm Bureau office at 618-4443-4511 with a credit card or stop by the Farm Bureau office with cash or check. If you order before June 30, 2023, Sparta Community Hospital will provide $5.00 off and Randolph County Farm Bureau members earn $5.00 off their order!
