Sparta Community Hospital and Quality Healthcare Clinics are pleased to welcome Tyler Tanzyus, APRN to their provider staff. Tyler will be seeing patients at Family Health Centre, joining providers Russell Coulter, MD; Amy Eppstein, MD, Pediatrician; Danielle Preuss, PA-C; and Danielle Homan, PA-C. Tyler will also be seeing patients at the hospital’s new Mobile Health Clinic. The Mobile Clinic is now providing primary care weekdays at Sparta Lincoln Middle School from 7:30am-10:30am, and at New Athens, 1002 Spotsylvania, Tuesdays from 1pm-4pm.
Tyler is a graduate of Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville where he received his Doctor of Nursing Practice, Family Nurse Practitioner Specialization and Bachelor of Science in Nursing-Accelerated.
