Kelly Luecking was recently awarded the Extra Mile Award for the outstanding job she has done since taking the realms as Call Center Supervisor.
Kelly is proving to adjust very well as Supervisor, shares her nominator, Halley Kennedy. “She has done an amazing job at taking on whatever is being thrown her way.” Kelly has not only taken on supervisory duties, but has remained in charge of pre-certifications for surgeries and infusions. This process is critical in ensuring that patients are able to get required care in a timely fashion, and can be very time consuming. “Yet, she still manages to stay ahead and keep a positive attitude,” states Halley.
