Congratulations, Tasha Fitch, LPN! Tasha was recently awarded the Extra Mile Award for the outstanding job she has done since becoming Supervisor at Sparta Medical Office.
Tasha has gone above and beyond to learn and implement the tools on our Journey to Excellence intended to help her motivate and engage her team. This has been proven through the steady increase in quality measures for the clinic. The department has not only seen an increase in covered lives, but Tash has motivated her team to consistently meet their A1C goals, and number of patients who have completed an annual wellness visit – all in just the first half of the fiscal year.
Tasha’s personal illness has not reduced her dedication to leading her team, as she continually leads by example. Thank you, Tasha, for everything you do to make Sparta Community Hospital a great place!
