The K-4 students at Sparta Lincoln are ready to fight germs, and help scientists and doctors slow the spread of COVID-19 under the direction of Jennifer Barbour, Director of Relations at Sparta Community Hospital.
Ms. Barbour has been visiting area schools teaching students the correct way to wash their hands with the help of a special lotion that will glow revealing any germ areas that they have missed. She instructs them the correct way to wear a mask (over mouth and nose), not to touch their face, catch coughs and sneezes in their elbow, keep their hands to themselves, clean their spaces, and stay 6-feet apart.
