Tyler Tanzyus, APRN, was recently nominated for a Spirit of Excellence through a survey by a parent for demonstrating exceptional patient care and providing exceptional service that made a significant improvement to the quality of life of a patient.
“My son an I went to the mobile clinic yesterday morning and was seen by Tyler. The whole process was smooth and quick. Tyler was super nice, accommodating, and made me feel at ease. He made sure I was comfortable with the treatment plan before we left. He was also helpful with my 1 year old while I was signing consent forms, which I was completely impressed by because I have never had that happen at any office I’ve been to before. Thank you Tyler!”
