Dr. Chung is a Family Practice Provider and has been a member of the Sparta Community Hospital staff since 2001. His practice is located at North Campus Healthcare in Sparta. Dr. Chung completed his Residency in River Forest IL and has his Medical Degree from Northwestern Illinois University in Chicago.
