Cindy McCauley, Information System Specialist, has been chosen as Sparta Community Hospital’s Employee of the Quarter for the 2nd Quarter of their fiscal year. Cindy has worked for Sparta Community Hospital organization since 1980 and has come to know many of the employees that have come and gone. Cindy has moved from different positions in the hospital and no doubt has made many friends along the way. She is a kind and caring person and will go out of the way to help, whether it be a phone call to assist someone with an IT problem or to help someone out with giving them a ride, she is always there with a smiling face. She is always kind and caring when working in the area with our patients and guests. Cindy is a great asset to this organization. She strives to learn new things and to make sure she helps with every situation she can! Congratulations Cindy!
