Sparta Community Hospital announced on Monday, January 3, that David Chung, MD and Jennifer Watson, Family Nurse Practitioner, are now seeing patients at Family Health Centre, located at 207 S. Burns in Sparta. The two providers will be joining Amy Eppstein, MD, Pediatrician, and Danielle Preuss, Physician Assistant. All specialty providers will now be seeing patients at North Campus Healthcare Clinic, located at 1300 N. Market in Sparta.
Due to the pandemic, many changes have taken place, specifically in healthcare. Due to the increased demands of hospital and nursing home patients, Russell Coulter, MD, although not retiring, will be serving as Sparta Community Hospital’s Lead Hospitalist and seeing patients at local nursing homes, re-focusing on how he provides care to the communities we serve.
“I assure you that your health and wellness will continue to be in good hands at Family Health Centre.” Stated Dr. Coulter in a recent letter to his patients. “I’m happy to share that Dr. David Chung and Jennifer Watson, FNP, will be relocating to Family Health Centre, joining Dr. Amy Eppstein, Pediatrician, and Danielle Preuss, PA-C.”
