Sparta Community Hospital will be offering their annual Health Fair Lab Draw for six days, January 30 through February 3 at the hospital, and February 4 at Broadway Plaza, Suite A, in Sparta. Scheduling will begin on Monday, January 2.
Patients will be required to pre-register and schedule ahead of time. Registration is available at your Quality Healthcare Clinic provider’s office, or anyone may schedule over the phone, by calling 618-443-2177 ext. 1234. Payment will be due at time of registration.
The tests that will be available at discounted prices will be a Complete Blood Count (CBC)-$15, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)-$20, Lipid Panel-$20, Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA)-$25, Hemoglobin A1c-$15. and Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) $25.
