Aaron Fiene, RT, Diagnostic Imaging Lead, received a Spirit of Excellence from a patient for easing his fears during an MRI.
The patient stated, “I came in for an MRI. I had never had one and was nervous, to say the least. Aaron explained everything that was going to happen step by step. He also was very friendly and made the whole experience very easy and relaxing by making conversation throughout the visit. I can honestly say that this was a great experience. If all trips to the doctor or hospitals were done this way, everyone would be writing a testimonial. I don’t normally do these, but I feel that Aaron should be recognized. I believe he went above and beyond his job.”
