Biography
Caylee Franklin, PA-C, is committed to making care more accessible, more personal, and easier to navigate—whether that’s in the clinic or right in your community through the Mobile Health Clinic.
She takes time to truly listen, understand what matters to you, and make sure you leave with a clear plan. Patients appreciate her thoughtful approach, her responsiveness, and the way she creates a comfortable space where questions are always welcome. She’s especially valued by families for her calm, reassuring approach—helping both patients and parents feel at ease
Caylee earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Murray State University. She brings a strong clinical foundation with experience in hospital-based care, where she developed skills in patient observation, assessment, and examination.
Her path into medicine started early. Before becoming a certified Physician Assistant, Caylee worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant in both hospital and home health settings—experiences that shaped her hands-on, patient-first approach and deep appreciation for meeting patients where they are.
Whether she’s seeing patients in Coulterville or out on the Mobile Health Clinic, Caylee focuses on removing barriers to care and making it easier for patients to stay on track with their health—because care should feel accessible, understandable, and centered around you.
