Sparta Community Hospital will be holding their fourth annual Healthy Holiday Hustle 5K Run/Walk & 1.5 Mile Fun Run/Walk on Saturday, November 30th at 5pm. Proceeds to benefit the Sparta “Shop with a Cop Program”.
“With the experience of three years under our belt, we have this event streamlined and have had excellent results with the timing process managed by Paul Stallman.” States HHH Coordinator Cheryl Adams. “As in previous years we are also offering sponsorship packages to help absorb costs and hopefully enable us to increase our donation to this local cause.” Sponsorship pkg. forms are available on Sparta Community Hospital and Quality Healthcare Clinics Facebook page, www.spartahospital.com, or by contacting Carol Mulholland or Cheryl Adams at 618-443-2177.
The race will start in downtown Sparta at the corner of St. Louis and Broadway.
Registration forms are now available at the hospital in registration, www.spartahospital.com or on Sparta Community Hospital and Quality Healthcare Clinics Facebook page. 5K Pre-registration will be $20, $25 the day of the race. 1.5 mile Pre-registration will be $15, $20 the day of the race. Postmark registration forms prior to 11/8 will ensure T-shirt availability.
Packet pickup will be available on Friday, 11/28 from 8:30am-11:30am at Suite 5, At-Home Health Care Services, Broadway Plaza. Packet pickup/Registration day of race will be at Broadway Plaza, Suite 3 from 3:30pm-3:45pm.
Awards for top overall men and women and 3 deep in the following groups (5K only): 13 & under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 plus. Award Presentations will follow the race at Suite 3 Broadway Plaza.
