Sparta Community Hospital’s Quality Healthcare Clinics are once again offering $10 Sports Physicals with all proceeds to be donated to each student’s school.
The Sports Physicals will be offered from 5pm-7pm on specific dates at each clinic. All athletes are welcome to schedule.
Dates for each clinic are as follows:
- Family Health Centre- Monday, June 7
- North Campus Healthcare- Tuesday, June 29
- Sparta Medical Office-Tuesday, June 29
- Marissa Medical Clinic-Thursday, July 1
- Steeleville Clinic-Thursday, July 8
- Coulterville Medical Clinic-Thursday, July 15
