Russell Coulter, M.D., Hospitalist and provider at Sparta Community Hospital’s Family Health Centre, was the guest speaker at Sparta’s Rotary Club meeting on Tuesday, January 20. Dr. Coulter spoke to the group about the COVID 19 pandemic and details on the COVID 19 vaccine. Jennifer Barbour, Director of Relations, informed the group of the vaccination plan for Randolph County and who to contact to be added to the list of people wishing to receive the vaccine.
